Automate - Upload Data Remotely for Processing

Introduction

This article will guide Rampiva Automate user how to create a Matter Datasets, upload data to the Dataset, and finalize the Dataset in preperation for processing.

Prerequisites

Rampiva Automate 7.4 or later
Properly Configured Data Repositories.

Instructions

A. Create Data Set

1	Browse to the Matter where you will add the Dataset.
2	Clilck Add + Dataset to create a new dataset.
3	Name the Dataset and select appropriate settings for the respoitory Type and Name.
4	Click the Add+ Dataset button to create the Dataset.
5	Click the Upload Files Icon.
6	Drag files or folders to the Rampiva Dataset Upload window. For security and performance reasons, browsing for files is no longer available.
7	Click the Upload File button. A progress indicator will notify you on the rate of transfer and current estimated time of completion for the upload.
8	Keep this page open until the upload has completed.
9	Finalize the Dataset by clicking Finalize. The Dataset is now ready for processing with a workflow that utilises the {_dataset} system parameter.
