Introduction

Rampiva Automate provides reporting and metrics for jobs that have been executed with Rampiva Scheduler. We also provide an option to import metrics from cases that were processed using Nuix Workstation. This article describes the process to import the metrics into the Rampiva Automate.

Prerequisites

  • Utilization Extractor v 5.1.2 or previous

  • Rampiva Scheduler v 5.3.5 or previous

  • Nuix 7.8 or later

Instructions

Import Utilization data into Rampiva Automate

1

Stop the Rampiva Scheduler service.

2

Browse to C:\ProgramData\Rampiva\Scheduler for Nuix\Scheduler.

3

Create a folder called offlineUtilization.

4

Copy the non-anonymized utilization JSON files created by Utilization Extractor into the offlineUtilization folder.

5

Start the Rampiva Scheduler service.

The Utilization data will be imported automatically into the Rampiva Scheduler reporting tables. Multiple JSON files can be placed in the offline Utilization folder and imported automatically by Rampiva Scheduler.

6

When complete, Rampiva Scheduler will rename the files to have a .disabled extension.
