Introduction

Rampiva Workflow version 5.1 and later uses a Ruby script to launch. This method is compatible with Nuix Workstation 9.0 but in older versions of Nuix Workstation it can take up to half a minute to start. This article provides instructions for reverting to a ECMAScript launcher, which is faster but is only compatible with Nuix Workstation versions before 9.0.

Prerequisites 

  • Nuix Workstation 7.x or 8.x

  • Rampiva Workflow 5.1.x or later

Instructions

Replace the Workflow launcher

Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\Nuix\Scripts\Rampiva

Download the pre Nuix 9.0 launcher zip file.

Extract the contents of the the zip file under C:\ProgramData\Nuix\Scripts\Rampiva
