Batch Scan Case Statistics

Description
This workflow scans the root folder or drive for Nuix cases, and for each Nuix case extracts statistics using the Scan Case Statistics operation.
Prerequisites
Rampiva Automate Version: 6.0 or later
Parameters
Parameter | Description |

{max_hours_run_time_number} | Do not start new case stats scans after workflow ran for this many hours |
{workflow_report} | The location of the report that will list all cases and the work performed on each case |
{root_cases_path} | The root folder containing the Nuix cases |
{only_scan_if_changed} | Skip scanning cases that did not change since the last scan |
Usage
This workflow will only scan cases that are in the same Nuix version as the default Nuix Engine used with Rampiva Automate, or the version of the Nuix Engine specified in the Execution Profile.
Setting the parameter {what_if} to Yes will search for all cases but will only simulate running the scan. To run a scan, set the parameter {what_if} to No.
After the scan is complete the statistics are automatically loaded into Rampiva Automate.
