A. Obtain NMS System Diagnostics File
1 | Log onto your existing NMS instance.

2 | Browse to Admin Actions, Diagnostics. | |||
3 | Click Save a diagnostics file.

B. Acquire Nuix Worker License
1 | Launch Nuix Workstation and log in with appropriate credentials. | ||
2 | Select the Nuix license from the list that you want to license with Rampiva Automate. | ||
3 | Select any number of workers when choosing your Nuix license. | ||
4 | Select the Rampiva Workflow application from the Scripts menu. The license validation screen will appear. | ||
5 | Select Copy License Info from the license validation screen.

C. Submit the License Request
1 | Prepare an email to |
your Nuix representative with the copied license information and attached NMS diagnostics.

Your Nuix representative will reply with a corresponding license file or key. |
D. Update Rampiva License
1 | From Nuix Workstation, select the Rampiva Workflow application from the Scripts menu. The license validation screen will appear.
